I was so fortunate to work with Agents Brian & Elizabeth Layne for my recent home purchase. As a single woman exploring the LA housing market for the first time, I knew I would need a great deal of support. During my first call with Elizabeth, she helped me feel truly empowered to embark on the home buying journey. I also appreciated how honestly she spoke with me about the tough buyer’s market we were in, yet I could tell immediately that I was in good hands given her knowledge of the local area and the information she shared. I then worked extensively with her partner, Brian, and I greatly appreciated how well he understood my needs, including keeping within my price range and always being on the outlook for the property features that mattered the most to me. When I had a question or happened upon a listing on my own, Brian & Elizabeth were always responsive and ready to jump in quickly to arrange a visit. It was Brian who found the property that I ultimately purchased and he and Elizabeth acted quickly to negotiate the terms on my behalf. They made the process as smooth and positive as possible. Throughout the months we worked together, Brian & Elizabeth connected me with resources and professionals including my wonderful mortgage broker and several contractors who did renovations after we closed escrow. I will definitely reach out to them again when I am ready for my next home sale/purchase and I highly recommend them to others. Elizabeth and Brian were instrumental in us selling our house for the highest price possible. Elizabeth goes above and beyond assisting in any staging that might need done to make your house look the absolute best.Things weren’t always smooth with very demanding buyers, but they guided and walked us through a very up and down transaction. In the end everything worked out amazingly for us and we got top dollar for our house! Thanks to their experience and advice we are now able to live our best lives with the maximum amount of money from the sale of our house. Would highly recommend Elizabeth and Brian! Elizabeth helped me buy my first home and she really set the bar for what a realtor should be. It was not an easy transaction but she always kept her cool and helped keep me calm throughout the process. Now that I am a realtor myself I have some perspective on how wonderful she truly is and what I aspire to bring to clients. She was so great I worked with her a second time looking for a rental property and drug her all Over Los Angeles and she always arrived with a smile and positive attitude. There is a reason that the Laynes earn 5 stars. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, hard working, and helpful. If you need advice or service they are right there to help you out. My neighbor interviewed two real estate agents and decided not to sign with Elizabeth, rather the agent that promised an inflated figure for her house. Sadly, that neighbor was very remorseful as she had to wait months to get out of her contract, as well as lost out on putting a bid on her dream house. She sadly realized that Elizabeth had given her sound and honest advice that would have helped her realize her dreams. And Elizabeth? she’s now my neighbor’s agent!

Agents Elizabeth & Brian are amazing. Elizabeth walked me through the entire home purchase, answered all my questions, brought a sense of ease and tranquility for a 1st time buyer. They are knowledgeable in the real estate marker abd are extremely professional. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience.
