Alain is incredibly professional, courteous, responsive, attentive to detail, easy going, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has a deep wealth of knowledge about both the real estate market and construction / renovations, and is always extremely generous with his time, information, and research. I got so lucky when I found Alain through Redfin a few years ago! He’s awesome! Incredibly on top of everything, thoughtful, professional and is great communicating at every stage of the process. He’s helped me get two houses, despite multiple offers in both situations, one of which was extremely competitive. He also manages a condo I own and that experience has been just as good. After so many showings with a different agent, we took a leap on Redfin, and boy did it deliver! I think this will sum up our experience with Alain; we sent him a listing that we thought we have no chance of getting and asked him if he thinks we can find something similar; one month later, we are the proud owners of the exact same listing that we shared with him. The home buying process is pretty stressful for first time home buyers, but Alain was there for us 100% of the time; he was not only extremely responsive but was super on top of things and made sure that we understand what's what every step of the way (which was extremely important to us considering how we are one of those people who actually get deep into the details of things). We honestly could not have asked for a better agent. will we recommend Alain? Absolutely! Will we be going back to him for our future needs? You bet!
