My wife and I came to Archie as we were given a good cash offer on our house and we wanted to see what he thought about the offer. Archie informed us that he could very likely get more money for our home if the house went to market. So we moved forward with listing the house and as a result, we made $300,000 more than we were originally offered. Archie found my wife and I a house exactly where we wanted to be and worked overtime to make the deal go through.
