I am an 80 y/o widow and decided to sell my home and move to TX near my son. I was going to use a traditional realtor but I received a Flyer for Assist 2 Sell and I made an appointment with Victoria. Her presentation was unbelievably complete and simple to understand . I reviewed the information and signed with confidence that I would have good service. And the service was wonderful, my house sold in 3 days with multiple offers and significantly above what I expected. The savings more than allowed me to completely furnish my new home. Henry H. is the best realtor in town! He has helped me purchase 2 homes (one in Palmdale and one in Glendale). Both times he made the process extremely efficient and easy, but did not cut corners nor did I feel rushed. To be honest, it took over a year for me to find the perfect home since I am picky and I have commitment issues. Of course that must be super frustrating for any agent, but Henry never pressured us. Henry always maintained top of the line customer service and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and has a calm demeanor. Henry is also a family-oriented person and he takes the time to get to know his clients. When you work with Henry, it feels like you are talking to an old family friend, someone you can trust and be completely open with, which is absolutely a must when it comes to the home buying process.
