I can't express how happy I am that Beita Miles represented me during a recent 1031 exchange. I sold a 2 bedroom condo, and thanks to Beita's expertise, I was able to acquire a duplex. Two of my offers were accepted, but I ultimately chose the duplex less than a mile from where I grew up. Beita has impeccable service, I felt like I was her only client. BEITA MILES IS AN AMAZING GIFTED AND INVOLVED REALTOR. We were selling our house and had met with about a half-dozen realtors. We felt like no one was listening to us and everyone was pricing our house at about the same value we bought it (4+ years earlier), even with the rising LA market AND an ocean view. Beita came in with a clear understanding of how she wanted to market our place, a targeted profile of the buyer, and a clear understanding of the value. She had a well-documented and prepared plan. She came to us having done her research, and she valued our input. She sold our house the first week it was open. The buyer was basically exactly who she had targeted, and someone we felt good about selling to. She also physically helped us find our next house, which matched our personal, and quirky, style. During both the selling and buying processes, Beita took the time to answer all of our questions and kept us informed all along the way. She is very modern, tech-savvy, and clever. There was never a moment when we felt like she wasn't in control. Even with all the random things that happen during the process (we had our share of insanity), she was on top of it letting us know where we were at and what to expect next.
