This was the purchase of my first home and Allen made my life easy! He was great with communication which was extremely helpful for me, he always responded to text messages, answered phone calls and had answers for any and all questions that I had. Since it was the purchase of my first home he did a great job at giving me a lot of helpful knowledge that educated me on the home buying process. We have now used Allen and his team to purchase AND sell a home! TLDR: Allen and Boutique Realty are the best and we couldn’t have been happier! Read on for more details haha. When purchasing, he took us all over the valley until we finally found an area we were comfortable with and was within our price range. It was a treat every time we walked into a potential property and without any hesitation, Allen could tell us everything we could possibly want to know. Including, the brand and types of floors, fixtures and other non-obvious pieces of the home. This helped cut through some of the typical misdirection…Oh, you think that vanity is nice, that’s the cheapest one at Lowe’s, etc. When it came time to put in an offer and negotiate, he was (as I like to say) ruthless! Speaking at least 4 different languages that I heard, he was able to negotiate in a way with all parties that I hadn’t seen before. He got us a great deal on the house, got a lot of things taken care of and even worked things out to extend our Escrow when a surprise tax issue popped up. We couldn’t have been happier. Years later we decided to sell and move and once again Allen was an absolute rockstar. He was able to put a team together to do all the necessary updates and make our house look minty fresh for sale in less then two weeks. This included redoing our front yard with turf and giving the house some amazing curb appeal. All of this was optional to us, but I’m really glad we took his advice, because the return on investment he was able to get us was more than we thought we could get. We had nonstop showings and offers and we were closed within a week of listing. All of this Allen handled while my family and I were driving cross country to our new home. The amount of stress Allen took off our plate made our whole move so easy, which made us eternally grateful. Both times, day or night, we could call or text Allen and he was super responsive and helpful. Whether we had questions or just needed advice, he was right there. He also never BS’d me and in fact, a couple times he set me straight haha. The point is, you can trust him implicitly! When we sold the house, I basically put the whole thing on Allen autopilot and reaped the rewards! I have recommended Allen and his team to all my friends and 3 of them all have lovely homes they absolutely love because of him. Allen and his team are truly highly educated, courteous and professional. We tried to sell our house and it turned out to have a lean from the same name person who never lived with us. Allen through his connections with lawyers and whomped whom else had removed that lean for $1.2 million without charging us extra! We sold our house for 650k so you do the math! Highly recommended team to anyone asking me.
