Dave was our landlord for almost 2 years and it was a great experience. The rental was beautiful- updated and clean. Dave was always helpful, responsive and quick to address any concerns we had. He was flexible and worked with us to accommodate move in/ move out dates and made the whole time we lived there seamless and easy. If we didn’t have to move out of state I would have stayed and would rent from Dave again anytime!
