Hayat is the kind of realtor you refer your family to, your friends to, even strangers. The kind of realtor you tag on a social media page when someone says they are looking to buy a home. After 3 years of saving we became first time home buyer’s thanks to her guidance. For 3 years we worked on saving enough money and getting our credit up to par. After that it was smooth sailing. She knew exactly what we wanted and after looking at only 4 houses we found our dream home. We decided on a new build in a community that was basically complete and on it’s last phase. I don’t know what kind of magic Hayat has under her sleeve but we had first pick on the build model we wanted and considering there was only 12 homes left, one of every style…. Saying I was very pleased with her work is the least of it. Hayat will forever be my family’s realtor. I will continue to refer her to family and friends. I’m beyond thankful for all the help she’s been. She’s one of the best and I’m so happy to continue to work with her in the later future. Thank you Hayat, for everything you’ve done and continue to do for my family.

So glad we had Hayat as our realtor! She got our house on the market within days, had multiple offers all over asking an had it sold in five days. She also spoke with the sellers agent on our new home in another state to make sure our offer was the one they accepted. She was communicative with our real estate agent in our new state we are moving to make sure he had everything he needed as well. She didn't have to do any of those things, but in doing so, it guaranteed we got our new house. She made the selling process so less stressful. Hayat is great at what she does.
