We are a couple in our late 60’s and a year and a half ago we decided that we wanted to sell our two-story Calabasas house and move into a one-story house in the same neighborhood. A friend referred us to Heidi and we are so glad that she did! Heidi was there for us all the way and was always available to answer questions or even just to listen to us about any matter (large or small) related to our quest. She is intimately familiar with the pros and cons of every Calabasas neighborhood, street, and model. She is infinitely patient in explaining the ins and outs of negotiations and real estate procedures. With our new house, we were so pleased that Heidi referred us to great professionals such as inspectors and contractors who made the escrow and the moving in phases so much easier. When it came time to sell our old house Heidi gave great advice leading to a fast (three weeks from listing to close of escrow) and profitable sale, all the while explaining each step of the process.
