We worked with Improta Team in the spring of 2020 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Jason & Missy’s incredible work. They brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! We received multiple offers and with their help we ended up selecting the best offer. The team was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. They were always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). They also helped is find a townhouse to buy and negotiated enough time with both the buyer of our house & the seller of the new house to allow us enough time to move, while everything was shut down during covid. They were so responsive and are the sweetest people. We had a great experience and recommend them highly!

We’ve had Jason and Melissa Improta as our real estate agents since we bought our first home, a condo, in 2015. When it was time to upgrade, we did not hesitate to call them back. They guided us through the sale of the condo and the purchase of our current house. Working with Jason, Melissa and their team is always a smooth sailing pleasure, which says a lot about transactions that can be innately stressful. They came up with a clear strategy for the timing of the sale and the subsequent purchase, clearly communicated that strategy from the beginning and were there for us to answer any question, big or small, at any time of the day. We ended up with multiple above-ask cash offers on the sale of our condo, and they guided the negotiations and the escrow to a quick, efficient close. During the purchase of our new home, we felt protected at all times. The level of clear communication that Jason, Melissa and their team maintained, including advice on negotiations and sober opinions on our options at each step of the way reassured us and gave us a lot of confidence. Not surprisingly, that escrow also closed without any glitches. Missy and Jason are exceptional. We worked with them on the sale of our home and purchase of a new one, and we would highly recommend them. We ended up putting our home on the market right as the pandemic hit in March 2020, and somehow they were able to get us full asking price and a 2-month lease back to give us time to find a new home. They also negotiated an incredible deal on our new home purchase. Their team is professional, they are responsive, honest and extremely knowledgeable about the market.
