CK Choo5 StarJeff has helped me and my wife sold our condo in Whittier and bought our next house in Chino Hills. Our case was harder as it we are buyers with contingency of selling the property. We had a lot of challenges and questions when it comes to selling + buying at the same time.
Jeff spent a lot of time to overcome these issues with the buyers are buying our property but had loan issues and communicating with the seller on the property we plan to upsize to and making sure our transaction is smooth.
