Kathleen Rasmussen (and her team), Erin and Sarah are simply the BEST! Kathleen is so intelligent, professional, knowledgeable and caring. I had never sold a house before and had lived there for 37 years. Kathleen, Erin and Sarah took me through step by step whether it was preparing the house for showings, explaining laws and agreements, COVID regulations, considering and doing diligence on the offers, and demonstrating strength in negotiation. Kathleen and Erin helped us find and purchase our dream home. They are incredibly smart, thoughtful, kind and caring. Super happy with how the deal went through and the price at which we landed (we weren't even the top bidder).
