This review is long overdue. Katrina was amazing to work with and I cannot recommend her enough! I actually have my real estate license and some prior real estate work experience, but I was busy with a new career and did not have Katrina’s up to date knowledge base and extensive experience with the type of properties I was looking for. Her knowledge about buying, selling, fixing up, flipping, and renting properties all over Los Angeles is unparalleled. I searched for my first condo for a few years (more just getting a feel for what I wanted and the neighborhood I wanted to live in at first) and Katrina was with me every step of the way.
