I never felt pushed, but guided. I really appreciated that they were really responsive to any questions I had and kept me informed about the total process of the transactions that were taking place.

Kara and Mike are seriously the dream team. When I used them to help me sell my home in Los Angeles, everything went seamlessly due to their extreme diligence. These two pay attention to every single detail and don't let anything slip through the cracks. On top of that, they're amazing people that became our friends through the process and we knew we could call them at any point if we had questions, comments and/or concerns! When our house was listed (after Mike and Kara set up the furniture staging/photos/listing), we got an offer within 24 hours and I truly believe it's because these two work with the best, in order for their clients to receive the best! Kara and Mike are simply the best. They went above and beyond representing us as buyers for our Studio City townhome. They brought us the most perfect property off market making for a seamless and easy transaction. There's no way we would have ever found our dream home without their help.They are excellent at communication - they responded extremely quickly to any question whether it was by phone, text or email, and they always knew the answer. As a first time buyer, Kara and Mike made us feel at ease in an often stressful process. With Kara and Mike, it wasn't once stressful! Kara has such a vibrant and wonderful personality, and we felt immediate trust that she cared about our home search and didn’t just look at us like another transaction. Even in such a competitive market, we closed fast - and the handling of the offer and all of the contingencies along the way was kind, informative, and a breeze. There’s a lot of stress in the buying process, but as first time homebuyers, we felt like we were in great hands — truly no question was unanswered, and there was no ego. Kara was honest and considered our goals, our tastes and needs, and our finances — and she worked well with our lender and kept us on a great timeline!
