There is a reason why Todd Miller has the real estate dominance over Culver City and the surrounding neighborhood cities. He gets things done, he has a composed easiness, and is a very knowledgeable professional realtor. I had already moved out of state when I asked Todd Miller to list my property. His guidance got me 7 offers for my house in the first week. Todd Miller was patient, calm, encouraging, and professional from the beginning to the end. Todd always kept the waters calm for me as the seller as well as for the buyers. This was extremely reassuring especially when the first 2 buyer offers fell out of escrow unexpectedly. Todd always had the next offers lined up and ready to go which was encouraging and speaks volumes about his preparedness. Todd never missed a beat and always had a plan B ready. And since I was out of state, Todd handled everything from repairs to inspections first-hand and in-person. Interestingly enough, I met Todd when he was the listing agent for the house when I bought it many years back. Kelley and Todd are real estate angels on earth! They were like natural friends from the moment we met them. Both are so professional, relatable, hardworking and driven agents. They helped my husband and I sell our condo in June/July 2022 while I was also nearly 8 months pregnant. They made the process seamless for us. They quickly negotiated on costs from the buyers offer (over asking price), helped us paint and stage the home fast, they were patient with Escrow paperwork, assured us that they would do everything in their power to get our Culver City condo sold before our baby arrives. As a seller, that included listing, staging, and showing the house to get a fantastic offer. As buyers, they helped us navigate a competitive market and ultimately helped us get into our dream house. Also, I believe that it really makes a difference when you work with people that you genuinely enjoy being around. They have such wonderful, positive energy that it makes them a delight to be around. We worked with Kelley and Todd in 2021 to buy a home. Their expertise of the Culver City market and suggested negotiation strategy were spot on. They made, what can be a very stressful process easier. Kelley was always available to answer questions and concerns through the close of escrow, even when she was traveling with her daughter on college tours. Kelley and Todd also, helped us setup some necessary renovations and termite fumigation for right after the close of escrow.
