We had a slab leak in our house in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic and in the middle of the fall semester when I was teaching college students remotely through Zoom. My husband works remotely from home too, and he has multiple online meetings during the day. Therefore, it was impossible for us to stay in our house during repairs. We panicked: What can we do to continue working? Luckily, we met Kim, and she solved our problems. She found a beautiful house for us where both of us were able to work without any interruption. More importantly, we felt like at home there. Kim addressed all our requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Her professionalism, kindness, sensitivity, integrity, responsibility and sense of humor make her the best real estate professional I ever met. Thank you so much, Kim! We can't say enough good things about our experience with Kim! Whether buying or selling, we highly recommend Kim for real estate needs!! We started looking for a house over TWO years ago. Kim was so patient as we searched and searched. She quickly learned the style we like and proactively sent us options of houses to explore. Once we found a house to put an offer on, Kim helped us navigate the whole process with the sellers, escrow, etc. We were up against multiple offers and the Realtor on the other side said one of the main reasons we got the house was because of Kim's kindness and professionalism. She is extremely smart and savvy but conducts all business with joy and positivity. We felt protected the whole time and completely trusted Kim to lead us through the inspections and the contingencies. We are now in our new home and loving it!! After we bought this new house, Kim helped us sell our previous house and that process was seamless, as well! She put together a comprehensive marketing plan and guided us through the best approach to sell our house. We are seasoned buyers who used Kim for our most recent home purchase. There's a reason we didn't go back to our old agents, and there's a reason (several) that we would work with Kim again and refer her to all our friends.
