Liza Luna-Chan did an excellent job of answering emails, returning my text, and answering calls. She was knowledgeable. As a realtor I have to say that one of the most important things is meeting deadlines. Liza hit the ground running sending me a list of all the deadlines for contingencies and the contact information for all parties involved. We did not need any extensions and even closed escrow early because she worked quickly to negotiate and complete paperwork. She is energetic and friendly. Liza made it easy to access the property for all inspections, appraisal and whenever needed. I was the buyer's agent and enjoyed our interactions and working with her. I would definitely like to work with Liza again.
