Luisa substituted with my broker/agent to come see a house that I had noticed online. Luisa was punctual, enthusiastic, and gave good tips about what to ask the listing agent. Because this was my first experience home buying, I felt unsure of how to approach shopping, what to look at and consider when buying, and she even vocalized some of my questions to the listing agent while we were touring the home. When I put an offer on the home, Luisa was communicative and when I was selected and bought the home, Luisa advocated for a home warranty issue in our favor. Aside from basic professionalism (good listening skills, punctual, supportive) Luisa is a unique agent because she is excellent at navigating the entire process with you which includes substituting and taking ownership of the sale, helping with things that may be out of her scope, like dealing with home warranty issues, and she is genuinely excited for you to find your new home. She is unfailingly responsive. I would recommend Luisa with no hesitation and she will drive from even far places to reach you. With her assistant, they will provide detailed inspections, connect you with other important real estate professionals, and prepare and summarize confusing documents. They are excellent resources and I am happy to have worked with her.
