After 25 years living in Boston, we relocated to Pasadena. A close friend highly recommended Luther Tsinoglou based on his positive experience in the purchase and sale of his last 2 homes in Sierra Madre and La Canada along with feedback from many relatives who have worked with Luther. The process took 6 months. We had very clear what we wanted but the inventory was limited in a sellers market. Luther has an invaluable knowledge of the real estate market in this area, his background as a previous home contractor is extremely helpful when reviewing house risks, flaws and potentials, knows literally everyone in the regional town halls and he is a good person or what I call a good citizen. Our experience working closely with Luther was so positive, that my son and his wife, through Luther, just closed this week on a house in Sierra Madre.
