Working with Marc was just an extraordinary experience. He was kind, and super easy to work with, guided me through all the steps. Whenever I had questions, he responded to me immediately and helped me out. We opened the house in February, then the house went into a probate. Marc informed me all the procedures I would be facing and the time frame etc. Finally, the house was back onto the market in May, as he predicted, the house sold on the 3rd day. He helped me from the beginning till the end of the escrow. I am very grateful for his professionalism and expertise.
