Since the first day we met Matt he as always positive, outgoing and motivated. Despite how anxiety driven buying a house is Matt was able to work with us, keep us at an even keel and get us our first home. He did a phenomenal job and if it wasn’t for him our deal doesn’t get done. I like to recognize him for his outstanding professionalism, work ethic and commitment. Matt is absolutely amazing! Buying my house this summer was one of the fastest- and easiest (who gets to say that?) purchases I have EVER made of anything! After searching for 5 months, once I met Matt I found my home in 6 weeks. He was incredibly responsive, thoroughly understood the needs of our family, a wealth of knowledge and referrals (especially loved the roofer, painter and handyman that he referred) and he made sure that I closed with zero disruption to my out of the country vacation - no stress.
