Heather and Alan did an amazing job with the sale of our home in Costa Mesa. Their suggestions and ideas were spot-on, they had their finger on the market and they had resources for everything we needed. They oversaw all aspects of preparing our home for sale, kept us updated and I just can say enough good things about them. We knew up front they were the team we wanted to handle the sale of our home, and having worked with them, wouldn't consider doing business with anyone else.

Oh my love for these two! We loved our previous home but the pandemic made it clear that we needed more space. We were introduced to Alan and Heather about a year and a half ago. The patience and kindness these two have is insane! We toured a TON of houses - in many areas. Frankly, I would have given up on us. But they kept showing up for us - kept in contact and kept narrowing down areas and homes based on our feedback. Finally! We found our (new) home, made an offer and moved in about a month ago. Simultaneously, they sold our previous home! All the anxiety and stress inducing things! This process with Mesa Group was seamless, efficient, and most importantly - done with complete transparency. Alan and Heather CARE. They take in to consideration your families needs and give incredible insight. They both bring a different spin on things which is why I think they make a wonderful team. Alan & Heather are excellent communicators, highly professional and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. From the beginning, they went above and beyond to help us sell our home. They created a book with comps after doing market research to ensure our home was listed at a competitive price, they staged our home and provided professional photos & video, and they secured multiple buyers to view our home while we were away at a friend’s house. After receiving multiple offers above asking price on our home, they helped us select the perfect buyer. Alan & Heather were also extremely helpful and patient while accompanying us on our journey to find a new home during a highly competitive market in Long Beach. Alan and Heather were great to work with! They are a perfect blend of all the attributes you want in a real estate agent. Super responsive, on time, extremely knowledgeable, good sales but not too pushy, and to me most importantly extremely trustworthy and ethical. Buying or selling a home can be an anxiety filled experience. Alan and Heather are great and keeping things cool and give you the confidence that they will take care of any situation. Having a duo is also great. If one person is in a meeting or unavailable they can seamlessly work together to help you at anytime. Whether I was buying or selling a home, I would definitely work them again!
