I have worked with New Western for several years. The team is the absolute best. Their knowledge and skills in getting the job done is fantastic. I’ve closed several transactions with them and have worked hand-in-hand several of their team members, most notably, Nathan Cron.

I’ve been with new western for almost 20 years now. They are absolutely the best at finding properties for your portfolio. They work with you, and fully go through the process of purchasing their properties. I recently closed on a transaction with new western, and as usual it was a very easy transaction. Evette Watkins was very patient with me. I could call her anytime day or night and she would pick up. She would always give me updates on the transaction. She really made this transaction stress free.

As a new investor, I barely knew what I was doing. If it wasn't for the 24-hour friendly availability of Rich and Adam who went above and beyond helping me in my very first home purchase, I'm not sure it would have happened at all. In fact, I know it wouldn't have! Rich found me the home and guided me all the way through the purchase, and Adam has been there ALL the way through the back end. He still calls me, checking in, just to make sure I continue to be on target with my plans in renovating, renting, and refinancing the property. I have learned so much from these two wonderful young gentlemen. It breaks my heart to hear Rich is no longer with New Western. I don't think they realize what a great resource they lost losing him... But at least 1/2 of that incredible duo is still there.
