If getting a receipt for your drop off is important, then you will want a different place. I checked FedEx pick up times before arriving. I dropped off my package and asked for proof of drop off. I was refused this but was assured it would be updated in FedEx system overnight when it was scanned. I stupidly agreed to this arrangement as I wanted my package to get shipped immediately. Today, I checked FedEx, there were no scans. I called Postal Box and Ship, sure enough, my package is still sitting at their location. It was never given over to FedEx and it now looks like I never dropped it off. I feel to the bottom of my heart that it was intentional for questioning why I couldn't have a receipt.

I have been a customer for years and honestly I will never go elsewhere. Joe, Laurel, Gio and the friendly dog (black lab) Bronson are the best bunch of folks I have done business with. They are so accommodating and helpful. Sometimes people concentrate on the bad and not understanding of what it's like to run a business that has so much to offer to the public all in one place. Patience and kindness is a virtue and people as well as business deserve a second chance. I believe in helping the mom and pop business and like I said, I won't go elsewhere.

I dropped off 3 packages that were return items to this location on 5/04/21. I asked the guy to scan and give me a receipt. He was rude and refused to do that. He said they don't give receipts. Then out of 3 packages only 2 reached their destination. One that happened to be most expensive one was never scanned. I called on 5/07/21 the same rude guy answered the phone and said it is not his problem call UPS. I called UPS filed a claim and as of today 5/13/21 they don't know where the package is. Do not go to this place
