Rachel Klukas1 StarIf I could give 0 stars I would. Had the unfortunate luck to go through a transaction with Julio Midolo and his team. A plethora of real estate 101 mistake were made, down to basics of turning legal documents into escrow. He runs a very loose ship and I would steer clear of him and his team. Mistakes began from initiation of the offer letter!. I see this company unfit to handle future real estate ventures. A home sale which is such and exciting thing, has quickly become a complete nightmare due to Julio's teams inability to follow home closing protocol.Wednesday 2nd November 2022

There were many twists and turns until we got to the close and Angie was responsive, persistent, positive and willing to do what it takes to make it happen.
