As first time buyers and first timers to all of this, we were so thankful that we got paired with someone that explained things to us and even pointed out things we would have never thought of. Rhonda was patient with us as we switched from looking for a condo then a house, coming with us on this roller coaster.We were definitely giving up towards the end, we really thought this wasn't going to happen, but Rhonda kept us going and found the perfect house we needed & loved. Edgar Alcala5 StarIt's a lot easier to do well when everything goes right. No obstacles, no difficult phone calls, most people will do well under those circumstances. To say that our sale was a little bumpy would be an understatement. However (and a BIG however), this is where I think Rhonda shined brightest. She was already awesome when we first met her at the open house that would eventually became our home, but the way she kept open communication, regular updates, and the overall feeling that we were dealing with somebody that genuinely cared for our family, is what makes Rhonda special. She was not only guiding our sale and purchase, but also the sellers of our new home and the buyers of our old home. 4 transactions at the same time and they all depended on each other; she had a lot on her plate!!! Rhonda listened to us, to why we wanted to live in that specific city, who we were, how we operated...and she delivered. From day one, Rhonda and her team, the escrow company she recommended, the photographer she used for our listing, everyone was amazing and professional. Buying a home is a big deal, and it can be really scary; Rhonda understands that. The good and the bad, Rhonda kept the communication open and always presented options and guidance. Rhonda, a HUGE thank you to you and your team, and everyone at Mainstreet. You took care of us (even when we got a little difficult too lol) and helped us get our forever home. To sum up how we feel after all is said and done, I would say that we feel happy.
