Worse experience ever dealing with and agent MELODI BELL at Rodeo Realty, Melodi Bell This has been the worse experience dealing with an agent about a $1500.00 credit for the fridge, you have not responded to any of my calls, emails nothing. i had few issues in the house broken roof tiles broken pony wall wall bricks all that which you were suppose to fix but I took care of it and only thing you had to do was collect $1500 from the seller for the fridge which clearly stated on the contract and fail to do so after 5 months me keep calling you.

After speaking with With the office manager it became very clear where all the issues are arising! The agent Francesca Luterann lied to us in regards to an offer that we had made prior to seeing the property considering the fact we had made it very clear that we would not be interested to tour the home if not excepted . She led us to believe that dollar amount was accepted and proceeded to show us the home. After meeting the owners and shaking hands were realized were shaking hands on very different terms! After speaking to the home owner we realized the terms given by the landlord were being presented other than offered to us. Unfortunately we live in a world that certain individuals have no honor nor integrity when it comes to a business transaction and further more they are being prołected by their upper management that allow this kind of behavior.
