Sheida is incredibly patient and hard working. I was lucky to meet her in December of 2021 when the market was getting even crazier due to interest rates rising. I wasn't ready to buy yet, but she kept in touch with me, and by March 2022 I was ready to work with an agent. First person I called was Sheida. I think the market nowadays for buyers is really driven by personal research, and Sheida was more than helpful with getting me comps and suggested price ranges for properties I was looking at. I put down 3 offers with Sheida as my agent, and each time we got such great feedback from sellers even if my offers weren't accepted. My third offer was accepted, and the listing agent noted that Sheida's communication style made us stand out. With how competitive the market has been, having an agent like Sheida was a true asset. Listing agents love working with her and she has great contacts and referrals for lenders and inspectors. My favorite thing about Sheida is that she wanted to work within your budget. A few times, she suggested offering lower than what I was considering, and each time we were still in the top 3 offers. She won't push you to spend more and respects that it's your decision. She'll gently nudge in the right direction which I really appreciated. All in all, I'd love to work with Sheida again.

I truly believe that my house wouldn’t have sold without Sheida. The interest rates jumped dramatically and changed the market right away. But she kept me informed very often about surrounding houses and the price comparisons, all sorts of stuff that I didn’t even know existed. I got my asking price and everything! For a moment i thought the listing went cold but she kept on promoting and holding open houses. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.
