There are no words that can describe how grateful I am to Talin. I’m a 28 year old looking to purchase a home in a crazy economy, but Talin listened carefully to all my wishes, was fully present and dedicated through our entire search, was incredibly helpful in recommending the best team from loan officers and inspectors. Which just shows that she has been able to cultivate such an incredible team because she’s takes so much pride and care to what she does. I closed the day before thanksgiving and I already can’t wait for the next purchase so I can work with Talin again (I miss our daily check ins and weekly open house visits). In the meantime, I’ve recommended her to everyone I know and I 1000% percent recommend her to whomever is reading. I walked out of this experience so confident in my purchase and so knowledgeable (because Talin would spend so much time explaining everything in great detail). As someone with a type A personality, I appreciate her attention to detail and her extreme organization.

We are so grateful to Talin and everything she has done for us throughout purchasing a home. She has made a dream that we have had for a very long time come true all thanks to her incredibly hard work. She came into our life at the perfect moment, and was the best real estate agent to guide us through this scary process of purchasing a home for the first time. If we buy another place in California we will definitely use her again in the future as well as recommend her to anyone we care about purchasing a home in California.

It is hard to fully articulate how grateful we are to Talin and everything she has done for us throughout the home purchasing process. A dream that seemed a distant reality a few months ago has become reality all thanks to Talin and her incredibly hard work. Not only does she go above and beyond and give 110% to her job, but we developed a real friendship in the process working so close together. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent to guide me through this intimidating process for a first time home buyer like myself, and she guided me with the utmost precision and clarity. Talin is the real deal. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better partner to guide us on our home-selling journey. There's so much I can say about Talin, but summed up they would all pretty much lead to her being so amazing! Talin is patient, and understanding and knows a great deal about what she is doing. She has worked with myself and my parents for the last few years as we searched for a place to call home. She has taken the time out of her day to drive to locations that were all over the place without hesitation. I loved speaking to Talin at any given time, her positivity always gave me hope! Talin has extensive knowledge and expertise about the real estate industry and is so responsive to any questions, ideas, etc. Her patience is above all else as well. She takes the time to go over every detail and concern the customer may have at any time. Another one of the best things about having Talin as a realtor was her negotiation skills! By far one of the best that I've worked with! I can go on and on about her, but I think something that is important for most people to know and appreciate is her transparency in her sales which is impeccable. I would never have to guess what is going on behind the scenes. I absolutely loved working with Talin and will recommend her to anyone else that needs to buy a home.
