First time home buyer and was fortunate enough to have Ryan Lenocker as my agent. Ryan made my home buying purchase very simple and straightforward. He understood what I was looking for and did everything he could to show listings that not only fit my budget, but was within travel distance from work. Ryan always answered my phone calls and was never too busy to talk. Even 6 weeks after closing and getting moved in, he will still respond if I have a question or concern. Ryan and Troy are the very reason we have the home we live in today! I’m not even exaggerating. These 2 are the absolute Dream Team and the guys you want in your corner for anything real estate related. From rentals and flips to forever homes, they are your guys. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and soooooo patient. We were in contact with them for months, exploring homes all over OC and LA, before we finally decided to focus on a specific area.
