Greatest customer service ever! We love the service and security the Mailbox provides us. Robin and Judi are always pleasant and extremely helpful. In addition to our mail always being neatly stashed in our private box, we always have a secure place for our packages to be held until we pick them up. This also comes in handy for delivery services that require a signature, it frequently saves a day in getting our package. Robin and Judi always go the extra mile for us. We have been happy and satisfied customers since 2002. I could not more highly recommend the Mailbox, we get legendary, old fashioned, customer service!

I have been a customer of The Mailbox for 40 years, since it was over on Richmond St and was owned by Barbara Bixler. There have been at least 3 owners in that time and Robin is the best. I travel a lot and sometimes don't collect my mail for several months. Robin efficiently discards the trash mail and sends me the first class whenever I ask for it. I have been 100%+ satisfied with the service.

this is my favorite place to ship things, after years of strange and surly package places I wandered upon this little gem of a business. They are kind and lovely and helpful. I don't write many reviews but when I saw they only had one I thought I would support a favorite business.
