It's always nice to work with someone to do something (like buying a new house) and come away from it with a great new friend. That was my experience working with Nick in my search for a new home. As a first time home buyer he was extremely patient and answered all of my questions (sometimes multiple times) and he always had my best interests at heart. He pointed out all things I should be aware of and kept me out of trouble in a a lot of ways. 2022 was very unique and crazy time to buy a home but Nick kept it real cool and simple - I really appreciated that. I'm really happy with the house we found together and getting ready for a housewarming soon and Nick's definitely invited!
