For several years, I came to this store because of its convenient location, and each time I left thinking how rude and unprofessional the majority of the staff was. The last straw, I had an issue with a package delivery (shipping from this location) and had to reship it. I went to the UPS on Tesoro. They charged me $11 less than the other store for the same shipment. I wonder how many people have been overcharged by this River Oaks location? I can see from the comments how many people have experienced extremely poor service.Sunday 2nd April 2023

Ended up waiting 20 mins and decided to leave. Another customer showed up that had an appointment ended up leaving too. Just do better next time.Monday 1st November 2021
Dan Burdick4 StarWe have used this location several times to ship out packages. It is very convenient to just drop off your stuff and have them worry about packing and labeling it.
We had an issue one time with a package that we insured arriving broken. The people from the store are working diligently with corporate to fix the issue. We are hoping for the best outcome.Monday 1st October 2018
