Robert Schildmeyer1 StarDo not get a mailbox at this location. The workers are sending friends and family in to take your packages 📦. Gary Swanson got my package. The workers do not check for ID when you pick up your mail. I hope this store gets nailed for package theft. Just do an FTC report on them. Gary Swanson is the package theif that owns this UPS store.Sunday 26th March 2023
Nun Ya2 StarI returned an Amazon item. Two months later Amazon recharged me because they said they never got the item back. By then i could not find my UPS receipt to fight it.
Luckily it was $25 but I won't use this store again to return anything.Sunday 11th December 2022
Steve Riley5 StarI've had a mailbox here for over a year and I've had a few complaints, but they were usually directed at UPS themselves and NOT the employees at this store. I do wish they had longer hours here but the employees are all working hard and take a lot of abuse. They're really kind and patient and will do everything they can to help.Sunday 8th January 2023
Patty Crouch4 StarThis UPS store is conveniently located on Atlantic st, facing the street. We headed over at around 11am on Monday...line was out the door. 2 employees, trying to get through line but slow going.Inside had some graffiti on walls and display but appears to be older, so it feels like they are just there and do not really care of building appearance. They take Amazon drop wrap or non wrapped so that is why the 4 star!Tuesday 16th November 2021
