No matter how many packages I bring in there, I’m always out within just a few minutes. The sense of urgency the entire team has is so refreshing. I’ve been to other UPS stores that moved so slowly I had to leave. The owner at this location is so professional and accommodating. So is his whole team. A UPS store I can fully trust. Angelo Bellomo5 StarIt wasn't a good review that first brought me into this UPS store a couple years ago; it was a convenient location - - and during my first visit I was very impressed by the helpful and friendly staff. Later that month, I brought in a return item purchased on-line. The team told me that the particular return item needed to mailed at the US Post Office, but they still gave me advice and helped me pack the item while I was there! These guys are truly amazing. I use this UPS Store about twice a month now and always experience the same - - A high quality and exceptionally helpful UPS team. Geoff Walsh5 StarI had to drop off a package at UPS for an Amazon return, and after looking on Google Maps and reading reviews this looked like the best UPS store in the area. All the other 5 star reviews were accurate. There's short term parking right in front, and the guys who work here are super friendly, nice, efficient and helpful. Derek Anderson1 StarThey always close the shop early! Arrived at 6:15 to drop off a prepaid package and the staff just looked at me, ignored me and wouldn’t let me in, but they close at 6:30. Not the only person that has dealt with this and I’ve even seen them close the shop by 6pm on days they are supposed to be open until 6:30Friday 12th May 2023
