They’re all so efficient and even when it gets full sometimes, they manage to quickly and effectively help each customer concern! Daniel Brown1 StarThis UPS store has exceedingly unskilled and unreliable employees; they will never go out of their way to assist you. I gave it three chances with three different employees and they make you feel as if you've burdened them with an insurmountable task by asking for additional tape, a label print, or even a receipt.
I highly recommend the location at 4470 Sunset Blvd. It's a phenomenal store with incredibly competent and approachable employees. They're always happy to assist, not to mention they're always busy yet still manage to provide an infinitely better experience than 3756 W Ave 40.Tuesday 29th November 2022
Hope Creature5 StarI have been coming to this location for many years and have always been satisfied with my service. The workers are friendly and accommodating, patient with rude and demanding customers, and professional. I find it ridiculous that so many people decide to leave a bad review when, upon reading what they say, it is very apparent they are the problem. If you have never worked in a service industry job think before you leave a reactionary review. Service industry workers are providing a service, they are not there to cater to your every whim and demand - there are many people to be assisted and you are not the center of their universe. Have some humility and treat everyone with respect. I look forward to my continual visits to this UPS store.Sunday 15th January 2023

I was having trouble with a package that I was sending back to a merchant and was experiencing such frustration. Joe went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue by making phone calls to reroute my package and offered to a wave the fee! Ups you have a great person on your team!!
