Want your real estate best friend to sell your home? That's what I got when Thomas helped me sell and purchase property in the LA area. From offering suggestions on how to stage my place for photos and showings, to guiding me through the arduous escrow process, to working closely with my lender, continually updating me on where we stood in the process, Thomas was there for me, like my best friend. I, accidentally stored a set of stools that were suppose to go to the family purchasing my old place. Thomas offered to drive to the storage unit, pick them up and deliver them to the new owner. There are too many examples of his best friend behavior to name here. Let me just say he was always there to help. I got the price I wanted for my place. We closed in a timely fashion. And he insured that next time I purchase a property he will be the agent I call.

Thomas is very professional from start to finish. He takes great pride and care of my time. Which I lived hours away and could not be there a lot. So he would make appointments with stagers, workers and pick up the fresh flowers and fruit and cheese trays. Let me know every step of the way what was going on at the house and about the showing. The house had a good offer in two weeks and closed the deal with a good buyer! We never had time to print up the house brochure.
