I cannot express in words how wonderful it was to work with Kendra. We were in another state and she went above and beyond to view houses with us remotely. It took a year and many disappointing out bids but we finally found just the right house! Kendra was always immediately responsive to our needs and helped us get the best possible outcome. Her energy and tenacity was just what we needed to get through this difficult market. Thank you Kendra from the bottom of my heart!

I called to speak with an Agent in hopes they could help me with my college project. All I asked for was 10-15 minutes. I immediately was told no, she wasn’t interested in what I was selling. Never did I mention about selling anything. Weird? I guess Julie was to busy to help a college student out. It’s ok. Not too sure if I would ever do business here in the future. Considering the great reviews, I would be cautious. I am a real estate Investor and in college new to the area and trying to work on my project and needed a local agent. Best of luck.

Not to mention their countless community events over the years that provide direct attention to families of students and additional funding opportunities for PTA programs.

Valerie Torelli ROCKS! I recently interviewed several real estate agents to sell a house for me in Costa Mesa. Her professionalism and, more importantly to me, integrity shined far above the other agents I spoke with. As the process evolved , it was clear to me that she cared just as much about all the people involved as closing the deal. I had a tenant that she spent much time and energy helping to re-locate, which was above and beyond the scope of her job. She was successful and showed me that she cared not just about making the sale, but compassion towards another human. There were a few other obstacles that she had to overcome to in order to present the house which she dealt with in a very efficient manner. The bottom line was she was able to sell the house surprisingly quickly and at a much higher price than I thought possible. On a scale of 1-10, she earned 1000. I told my brother, who was a realtor , about my experience with Valerie. His response was “ You Scored! Most agents are wannabes, but she is that rare agent that really knows how to conduct a transaction effectively on all levels.” Valeries lives up to every word of her motto: “Live in such a way that if someone spoke badly of you, no one would believe it.” I wish more people had her integrity. My experience can be summed up in 5 words; “She hit a Grand Slam!” Thank you Valerie!
