Yoav did an absolutely amazing job selling my house. His knack and instinct for presenting a house is uncanny. He tirelessly ensured I was comfortable every step of the way; from doing repairs, to understanding all the documents being thrown at me, to deciphering the buyers' actions, to walking me through escrow. His negotiation skills are excellent, and he was a fierce advocate for me. His customer service is impeccable and, most importantly, he's a great guy. Highly recommended!

We were introduced to Yoav in August of 2020. By September, we already moved into our new home and closed escrow on our old home. Yoav did an amazing job of being by our side every step of the way. He was available 24/7 and was dedicated completely to negotiate on our behalf and deliver the best deal possible on both the buy and sell side. Yoav went above and beyond to make himself available for showings during all times of day, and especially now when showings are 1-on-1 it was really appreciated. His advice on our selling price was great, and we managed to get multiple offers in very short amount of time, all over asking! Yoav is easy to work and communicate with. He is polite, professional, with great interpersonal skills. We worked with several brokers in the past and can honestly say that my experience with Yoav was EXCEPTIONAL. He cared about the home we bought and sold as if he was buying/selling his own home. We recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great broker. Yoav's services also included true professionals for photos, video and a 3-D walk-through of the home. Top notch broker!

Yoav is amazing! When we first spoke he promised to 'get it done' and he actually did so against all odds considering we were very specific about the required location (actual block) of our future home. Yoav is very honest, which to me is of utmost importance, is a hard worker, and possesses great communication skills! I have been very excited to write this review for Yoav, not only to share the experience my family had but also to put in a review into the space that allowed me to find him. Yoav is an excellent realtor but also such a great person. I found Yoav online and we decided to give him a call - I can say that if you’re reading these to decide whether or not to call him, just do it. We first met Yoav and he spoke to us about what we wanted, what we must have, and what our budget looked like. My husband’s work schedule is very inflexible so I went with my 1 year old daughter to see homes with Yoav. Yoav is incredibly flexible and was able to make (so, so many) house showing appointments around my daughters nap time. Never once did we feel pressured to offer on a home or to go above our budget. I think the main thing for you, potential clients, to realize is after we placed an offer on the home Yoav continued to exceed our expectations. He helped us negotiate with the sellers regarding the inspections as well as our initial offer package. Yoav knows this area so well and knows the market value of homes in this area. I’d have to say Yoav is an excellent negotiator because he doesn’t fluff you with wild numbers and unreal monetary expectations- he tells you exactly what is attainable and honest based on his experience in this field. We truly felt we can trust what he says, which is so important when you’re investing so much. The entire time from start to finish he is always on your side and working his hardest for you! What more could you ask for? We love this home Yoav helped us purchase and if/when we decide to sell Yoav will be the first person we call. Thank you so much again, Yoav.

Yoav sold our house and we bought a house though him. He was incredible in guidance, negotiation, and set realistic expectations. He also has a referral Rolodex that is incredibly vast.
